doTERRA Essential Oils are strategically placed on areas of the body during your massage. Using the oils during massage will increase the blood flow to the area of application, in turn improving distribution of the oil throughout the body. Each essential oil has different properties that can be referenced at our essential oils display.

doTERRA Deep Blue Rub is a topical cream formulated with Deep Blue Soothing Blend of Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade essential oils. natural plant extracts, and additional helpful ingredients that provides a comforting sensation of cooling and warmth to problem areas. Deep Blue rub provides a cooling and warming sensation to problem area to relieve muscle soreness and aches. (information from doTerra.com)

Leef Organics CBD Balm

Leef Organics CBD balm can be incorporated into your massage to provide relief to sore muscles and joints while providing relief and restoration. This topical CBD is made from the organic Whole Plant CBD Extract. Leef states that 'the secret is the unconventional whole flower CBD slow simmered reduction, which is then combined with like-minded botanicals such as: calendula, grapeseed oil, cacao butter, lavender and peony to fight inflammation.'

Cupping

Cupping is a body therapy that has been used as a folk medicine for thousands of years. Cupping involves using silicone cups that are placed on the skin and produce a suction, similar in effect to a deep tissue massage. Cupping helps to relieve muscular tension, stimulates immune function, is detoxifying, and improves circulation. Cupping is a safe, non-invasive technique that is also used to help respiratory symptoms and chest congestion in Chinese Medicine. Cupping has been in the media for its use in treating muscular pain, and spasms, particularly in the back and shoulders. During cupping, the skin inside the cup is pulled up with the suction producing a temporary circular mark on the skin. The cups may be left in place for several minutes, especially over trigger point areas, or glided over muscular tissue after applying oils on the body to produce a deep tissue massage effect. This add-on is incorporated into the allotted time of your scheduled massage.
